Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email or SMS.

Please note that orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Within India: 6–10 business days
• International orders: Delivery timelines vary based on the destination country and customs clearance.

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

• Within Kerala: ₹150
• Rest of India: ₹200
• International: ₹3,000

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or courier partner.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate when placing your order. Chakolas Silk House cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier partner may make additional delivery attempts before returning the shipment to us.

Every Chakolas order is carefully packed to protect the fabric during transit. We take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you in the same condition in which it leaves our store.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in our shipping fee.
